The Propella Group was formed in 1981. For more than 40 years the Group has concentrated in an area of expertise encompassing accounting, supply chain management, manufacturing, jobbing and warehouse management applications.
We saw a market opportunity for fully-featured, configurable business software which filled the gap between low-end shrink-wrapped products and the way-too-expensive mid-range products. Our product needed to be modifiable, on a standard platform, affordable, able to be run off-the-shelf if required and with dedicated support and post-sales service.
Propella was developed from the ground up to take full advantage of Microsoft’s SQL Server relational database so we are not encumbered with performance limitations commonly found in products converted from older technology .
A philosophy of building long relationships with customers is mirrored in the current client list which still includes companies we first met in the early 1980's. This is testament to the high level of after-sales service and support we provide .
